SmartHub Terms of Use
SmartHub is an online account-management and payment platform made available to customers of MGW.
By accessing or using SmartHub, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SmartHub Terms of Use and the terms and privacy policies applicable to your service provider and account. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of SmartHub.
For purposes of these SmartHub Terms of Use, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MGW, as applicable to your account. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, authorized account user, or other person accessing SmartHub.
SmartHub may allow you to view account information, receive notices, make payments, enroll in available billing or payment options, submit requests, and manage certain account preferences. Available features may vary by account, service, and provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SmartHub login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly notify your service provider if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Information displayed through SmartHub is provided for account-management purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information, account information may be subject to processing delays, pending transactions, corrections, adjustments, or system availability. If information shown in SmartHub differs from your billing statement, service order, signed agreement, or other applicable service document, please contact your service provider for clarification.
Your use of SmartHub does not replace, modify, or supersede your service order, customer agreement, service-specific terms, price-lock terms, or other terms applicable to your account. Your services remain governed by the documents and policies applicable to the provider, service, promotion, or program in which you are enrolled.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that SmartHub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Nothing in these SmartHub Terms of Use excludes or limits any right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these SmartHub Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted or presented through SmartHub, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
